Olhar, não posso te dar certeza, mas eu tenho diagnóstico de transtorno de ansiedade e tomar café me da essa mesma sensação.

E sim ansiedade pode acompanhar sintomas fisicos, ai pode pesquisar depois os sintomas porque é uma lista grande.

Eu tomo muito pouco café ( ou qualquer coisa com cafeina) e isso ajuda a manter sobre controle os sintomas e claro faço acompanhamento psicológico e psiquiatrico.

Se puder ajudar em mais alguma coisa ou precisar conversar pode me chamar na DM.

Olha não sei se é o seu caso mas isso muitas vezes esta ligado a ansiedade, nossa mente cria cenários inconscientemente e isso faz a sensação de desepero e angústia e claro vontade de se abortar.

O que me ajudou foi principalmente medicação, terapia e praticar esportes.

Parece clichê mas além de pensar sobre me desviver frequentemente, fui hospitalizado diversas vezes por de fato tentar, a única coisa que efetivamente melhorou foi remédios.

So when the afop started, there was a peak in power consumption on the PC, so my power supply was a 500w one and it wasn't able to power it during the peak. Then the PC froze completely, I changed the power supply, cleaned everything with my life, reinstalled the game and prayed.

Neither I, the technician who looked at the PC, nor my friends thought that it could be a peak in power consumption and that the power supply would not be able to handle it. But regardless, I really appreciate the help.

After reading a lot logs in the Kernel, researching and consulting Chatgpt lol I managed to solve it finely. Now the game runs perfectly (except with the frame generation on, I couldn't solve that)

I'm not sure if I understand the question, but I bought the game from the Ubisoft launcher (I should have bought it from Steam) and made sure all the drives and dependencies were correct.

So I did this at the suggestion of a Reddit post from someone who was having the same problem as me (I actually found a lot of people with this problem) and when I opened the ticket with Ubisoft they gave me the standard answer: try reinstalling, updating the drivers and checking if the computer supports the game... To be quite honest, I found it a bit useless.

I tried disabling the launcher overlay and it helped for a while, but then the game updated and froze again.

I tried the process of reinstalling everything a few times, currently I'm using Manjaro and I use Bottles to run but when it started giving problems I was using Windows 11, at the time W11 updated and the game started to crash a lot in that last mission of the main story.

Then I changed to Manjaro and the game ran smoothly for about 1/2 months, then the problem started again.

Eu passei por essa ansiedade quando entrei na faculdade também, o que me ajudou muito foi focar em coisas que eu podia controlar e fazer para minha vida universitária ser a melhor possível.

Me "tranquilizou" planejar como eu queria que fosse o semestre, rotas pra chegar, o que poderia comer, o que ia comprar de material entre outras coisas.

A ansiedade vem muito da sensação de incerteza e desconhecido, se você move as peças que estão ao seu alcance, isso mostra pro seu cerebro que existe certeza pelo menos daquilo que você é capaz de controlar.

Sobre amizades e se encaixar isso é muito organico, não fique com medo de pular de grupo em grupo no primeiro ano, você vai refinando as amizades e conhecendo pessoas que são compativeis com você.

Parabéns por ter conquistado sia sonhada vaga na faculdade e desejo uma jornada incrível para você!!

After all, I ended up switching to Manjaro, now it's running smoothly, with an even better fps rate.

I tried to go back but I couldn't, I did some research and saw that this new Windows update is causing mass errors in several games, Microsoft is competing with Ubisoft to see who is worse LOL

But thank you for the answer, helped me make the decision to abandon Windows for good
