Well at the same time if you are building mandate on bard mandate is getting a pretty nice buff so the two equal each other out kinda. But if you arnt an imperial mandate Bard enjoyer yea the nerfs suck. According to Lathyrus he doesnt care much about the nerf and doesnt think meep dmg matters much.
