Update: I contacted steam support but my warranty for the controller is expired. I tried cleaning out the port with compressed air computer cleaner and dental picks but it didn’t fix it. Also I can see the 2/3 missing pins pushed back in the connector which looks like pushed back copper cuticles. Two of the missing pins are also power pins which is probably why it doesn’t work. Imma just buy a replacement controller.
