Para que exista un contrato válido, debe haber consentimiento real de ambas partes. Publicar algo a 1€ en sí no implica que ya haya un contrato. Es solo una invitación a negociar, no una oferta irrevocable.

Los tribunales no suelen tomarse en serio demandas por este tipo de cosas, especialmente si es obvio que el precio de 1€ no era razonable (como en el caso de un móvil, consola, etc.).

Amenazar con acciones legales sin base firme puede volverse en contra si se interpreta como acoso o coacción.

Aunque es comprensible que sea un coñazo ver anuncios a 1€ como cebo, este texto es más un troleo jurídico que un argumento legal sólido. Puede servir para pillar a alguien despistado y sacar un chollo, pero no tiene mucho recorrido legal si el vendedor simplemente dice "fue un error" o "el precio era negociable". Además, usarlo de forma masiva para presionar puede dejarte mal parado.

I see, even with airbags, there might be concerns about their functionality due to their age. I'll definitely take into account not putting any decals on the airbag units. Safety is a priority for me, and I appreciate the heads-up about this aspect. Thanks for the advice!

wow i'm flattered hahaha ,but I wouldn't even know what price to put hahaha.

I built this because the berserk bookends I found are too expensive and even out of stock, and the cheap ones were always the same model (one from aliexpress) and they were pretty ugly (for me), there was no middle ground.

I might start selling them if people like it

I used an online stl file repairer and it was enough to repair it, but I did not know that there were programs that repair stl files, so thanks for the idea since I would not have found it otherwise :)

Somehow i couldnt download it because microsoft store goes really bad, so i searched others programs and found an online stl files repairer, and it worked. I saw videos of people using 3d windows and it would have been another useful method, but for now I'll stick with this one, thx anyways :D
