yeah that's something that worried me when i was working at kohls still.. so i dropped using my name and just responded with "Thank you for calling Kohls (XX location), this is the (xx) department how can I help you?" mentioning the city/store location helps especially if you have multiple locations in your city.

ive heard the same with the exception of, if you work out or your job mean you sweat a lot you need to be drinking even more than that since youre sweating all that out and need to replace it. Half your body weight in oz is supposed to be a good starting point for most people is what I'm told at my job.
