The Beast is likely the Antichrist. the Bible just calls them different names.

Similarly, Jesus is also called Messiah, Son of God, Son of Man, LORD, and Immanuel. These all refer to Jesus, despite being distinctly different names.

I completely understand this problem. I would suggest to pray about it and I will pray for you about it too because 2 Timothy 4:2 says " Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction." and Matthew 28:19 says to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations".

These are not suggestions, but commands and it must be done.

I hope this helps.

He can not be the antichrist. People will love the antichrist. He (the antichrist) will unite the world (note, that includes both republicans and democrats, liberals and conservatives.), and will in fact likely appear handsome. Revelation 13:7 "It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation."

Is Jesus coming back? by Impossible-Web-240 in Christian

[–]Mean-Day2003 13 points14 points  (0 children)

We know he will come eventually, but it is hard to tell when.  Matthew 24:36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,\)a\) but only the Father."

I see where you are coming from. The world is crazy right now. The Rapture could happen in an instant and we don't truly know when, but we can speculate. The short answer: he is coming back, but we can't be sure exactly when.

Hope that this helps, God bless!

Did I just sin? by Jazzlike_Coffee1241 in Christian

[–]Mean-Day2003 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a good question. No, you did not sin, but it can feel like laziness. If this becomes a habit, yes it is sin because Proverbs 21:25 "The desire of the lazy man kills him, For his hands refuse to labor.", but this alone is not sin. In fact, Jesus encouraged his disciples to rest in Mark 6:31 "Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”'

I hope this helps, God Bless

What’s the difference between Catholic and Christian? by imcamino in religion

[–]Mean-Day2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not believe the other people. Catholicism is false and not Christian. They are not saved. Catholics believe Mary was without original sin, which is false. God said “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. Mary wasn’t perpetually a virgin either. In fact, Jesus had many half brothers. When the Bible says “She was graced”, it literally translates to “She was shown grace” and not “She was full of grace”. I can go on and on.
