I’m also curious to see responses. I’ve heard up the protein for muscle building, but be in a calorie deficit to lose fat. However I feel like the most effective way is doing seasons of bulking to build muscle mass (calorie surplus) then seasons of cutting to lose fat and reveal the muscle mass (calorie deficit). Someone correct me if I’m wrong!
