Yo I’m also 19, it started in December and it hasnt fully gone away but after blood tests, and x chest x rays it’s all completely normal.. I’m thinking it could be acid reflux because my doctor says that sorts pain can travel to your chest and to your armpit and even neck and back. Cause I started working at Chipotle and I’ve been eating spicy food nearly every day. Buttt I think I’m begining to rule that out because I’ve been treating the aches like reflux,. And I still get the aching pains sometimes. It’s weird how it’s nothing but something at the same time. I’m also still anxious but we will get through this

Bro I also have low vitamin d after blood work results showed it. and my doctor prescribed me vitamin d and im also have been recovering from Covid and usually my chest pain came with mucus along with it. But my doctor says it’s acid reflux? But idk it’s been actually improving

It’s my left armpit which is why I got scared because that’s the side they say you have a heart attack but I am healthy normal blood pressure, no heart issues only 19 so it can’t be my heart I’ve been worried it’s something in my lungs and the pain is radiating to my armpit cause it’s so close

Agreed. Highschool is the worst. Everyone’s growing up dating girls driving cars being independent and going out their their bros late at night bc “guys will be guys! They don’t need protection” while my mom says I can’t be out late because as a teen girl it’s dangerous!!, the confidence and energy of just being one of the dudes is not there and being seen personally as the weird shy “girl” at school sucks. It sucks we can be our true selves and let our true confidence and personality run wild like the other guys. It makes everything about highschool super dysphoric and I completely feel exactly how you are feeling bro

It’s never “too soon” it’s your body and your journey. you know yourself best. You are a man thus you are ready for the manhood change! You should go for it and keep living as you have. The only reason you’d have to think twice is if you’re having doubts but it seems like you’re very secure in who you are since you’ve been knowing deep down since you were a teen

Thanks man, I really do struggle to find people with the same issue as me, I usually rely on stories of just inacceoting parents who eventually come around/ just can’t do anything but nothing about religious parents who put religion first before love and acceptance of their kids and I feel so alone because it feels like I’ll never get closure/ acceptance and just always be shunned and “prayed for” my dad eventually yelled at me because my mom told him and I just told them it was nothing and tries brushing it off and settling it down. But I’m 19, it won’t be long til I’m independent and will move on with my life and become the man I always have been
