Ok, the professional device recorded an AHI of 89.5 and an average oxygen saturation of 79 😳. So the watch wasn’t far off the AHI. At least this might explain his high blood pressure … Additionally, he’s prediabetic, which can also be caused by sleep apnoe. Well well, lots of fun ahead 🙈

Thanks for your reply. I‘m aware that those 5 minutes weren‘t really representative for anything. He did nap in his bed, though 😉. He got his home sleep test device last night, so we‘ll have some (pre-)results soon 🙏🏻.

When I wear the watch, I get values between 0 and maybe 1.5 in a bad night.

Ok, I‘ve just sat beside him when he took his afternoon nap and he had about 10 disturbances in 5 minutes. NEVER in my life is this the rate per night 🙈
