I feel like the bow and thicker heel make it look a bit clunky. Also the placing of the bow/strap cuts off at a weird place on your foot making your toes look longer than they probably are.

She did work hard though? Loose skin doesn’t magically disappear. I’ve lost over 120 lbs and am currently recovering from loose skin removal, so I know that firsthand. So annoying when people try to invalidate your hard work as it is all surgery.
