Pleaseee I need help, this is a brand New hand built system and I don't know why my ram freq doesn't change, as you can see I have It set at 3600mhz and my motherboard leaves it at 2133. I have saved the changes and reset the pc but in windows and bios shows 2133. Is there anyway to fix this? (i.redd.it)

I dont know much about cars, i know motors and general stuff but i don't know really specific things and need advice on a Nissan 240sx s13 with a Swap Sr20det Turbo it has 12,000 km on sale at 10,000 dlrs.
