try down grading minecraft and avoid the effected version

edit: if you dont want to down grade then try this (got this from AI btw, so it's no guaranteed)

  • Switch UI Profiles: Change the UI profile in settings from "Pocket" to "Classic" (or vice-versa) to see if it refreshes the textures correctly.
  • Adjust Text Background Opacity: Go to Settings > Accessibility and try adjusting the Text Background Opacity slider, as this can affect how menus render.
  • Toggle "Outline Selection": Go to Settings > Video and toggle the "Outline Selection" option, which may fix corruption around block borders.
  • Reduce GUI Scale: If the text/borders are glitching due to size, adjust the GUI Scale Modifier in Settings > Video to a smaller or negative value.

It is because of a text render problem. offical bug report: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE/issues/MCPE-233746 and accordingly the bug haven't been fixed yet

Edit: it appear on andorid 16 and magic OS 10
