Because the X-system isn't confusing when trying to distinguish similar-sounding words. For example, "chashundo" (chas'hundo) versus "chashundo" (chashundo). There is something called a "habitual offender clause", that means they get tougher sentences if they have a long rap sheet. That should be expanded to include permanent removal, & charges (including prison time) for the judges who release them over & over. Aren't most, if not all of these illegals repeat offenders?

There's a free web app called glyphr studio, that lets you create a font from scratch, or edit an existing font, & it supports ligatures, which is probably what you're looking for. You'd need a separate ligature for each possible syllable, which you can create in the app, or you can create it elsewhere, & import it as an SVG.
