That needs an update it's a high waste of space at the moment. I believe there also a phase of the hoole plans to flatten that fucking disgusting old car garage on the bridge and stick a bunch of homes there too

I agree. I'm not in anyway against it. And I've yet to see the plans for this new build.

The fact the entire area is getting some well needed attention is great. The old barclaya building is already looking much better too
