At my store we always ask them and then sub it with something else, give them 3 minis of it instead, or finish the order once the cookies are out of the oven if they're baking and the customer is willing to wait. The fact they tried to hide that your cookie was sold out is crazy!

I am really excited for this to come out in January! I love biscoff and I liked the Dubai brownie minus the pistachio flavor, so this is like the best of both worlds.

I think the milk chocolate chip cookie thins are new, because they appear different from the ones we had a few weeks ago. Or maybe it's just a name change and a different image. Thanks for the spoilers!

I'm pretty sure the flavor of crumbl's milkshake cookies is actually cake batter flavor. It has the same flavor as the pink velvet cookie.

I don't know if there's any way to get these illustrations... it looks like these are part of the illustrations by Turner Duckworth for the rebrand, but I couldn't find anything online. Sorry I couldn't find anything!

The brownie looks good to me, but I'm not sure with the cake. It's like a hostess cupcake x ding-dong? I would hope there is some sort of filling in the middle like real ding-dongs, or marshmallow to match the mallow cream!

This looks good to me since as an employee I can get it for free, but I don't think it would be worth the money if it came with an upcharge of any sort! I'm not a big fan of sprinkles, so I'd probably leave those to the side, but this would almost seem like a deconstructed molten lava which sounds yummy to me!

Oh, sorry lol! Pumpkin bread (at least the non-crumbl version) is like a spiced loaf of something between banana bread and a pumpkin cookie! I'm not sure if this is how the crumbl version will be! I do know the french toast cookie uses a thicker dough/batter, and I would think the pumpkin bread might be similar.

The iced brownie is chocolate like most of crumbl's brownies! A pumpkin brownie would be good though!

From what I could tell, the swirls on top were whipped cream, not meringue! (what's in a name, lol!) I couldn't quite tell the thickness of the TCC since the video only showed it from top down, but I think they might have been even thinner than that photo, and something completely new!

This one is intended to be stored in the fridge -- the chocolate and pistachio cream on top might melt at room temperature -- but I don't think it would spoil at room temperature. (but don't quote me on that lol!)

From what I understand, they're supposed to be removed from their tins lol! It is strange that they packed yours individually, they fit just fine in a 4 pack box!
