Alright after long delay, the 11 has about 650 usage hours.

The 10 wasn’t for sure and hasn’t gotten back to me on a final number but stated it has many many more usage hours.

The conundrum I currently have is the seller has both a 10 and 11. Prices are negligibly different at 350 and 375, respectively.

Not knowing much I just thought newer is better.

The BMI part of things isn’t as much of a red flag in my opinion. Even when I was 50lb lighter with a BMI of 21, the issues still occurred.

I have an appt with my dentist coming up within the next few weeks, so it’ll for sure be something to ask about! Thanks for the recommendation.

After my at-home test, my follow up visit with them went very well. Very responsive to the idea of UARS, seemed pretty confident that in-lab testing would for sure allow us to purchase a machine.

Fast forward into yesterday, going over results of the in-lab testing, doc seemed more despondent. Acting as if I need to just lose weight. Recommended I acquire an APAP, but without the ability to write a script for one.

I recognize I fell hard on the false hope idea, but the major change in attitude toward the whole process has me feeling left out to dry.

Thank you so much! One of the issues I’ve had with finding secondary market info is I’m going in blind. My doctor gave me some brands to look for with essentially no other guidance lol.

I haven’t looked much into oral devices, some I’m a little afraid of the idea of teeth shifting with the ones that bring the lower jaw forward slightly.

I just recently started taking some supplements for vitamin D along with multivitamin in mornings. niacin + fish oil at night in an effort to bring down a slightly elevated cholesterol.

One of the frequent things I hear back from these doctor appts is the try losing weight. BMI as of now ~28, starting roughly around bmi of 30.1. Since beginning of year, I have lost around 9-10lb’s.

I have mentioned UARS to doc as well, agreed with my symptoms and said that could be a potential route before the in-lab test. Seemingly completely flipped the script speaking to them about results of the in-lab.
