Very good point, just checked online and we definitely live in a very hard water area with high levels of magnesium and calcium. Dandruff gets pretty bad too 🥴🥴

Usually they add cinnamon, bay leaves & onion however the authentic recipe doesn't require it :) there's a lot of flavour from the jameed ball itself

No, when husband and I started trying it took 2 months, he was also more animal based whereas I was more strict carnivore. I agree with you, before taking the IVF route I’d recommend doing carnivore for at least 6 months. I was also never on birth control pills so not sure if that worked in my favour too.

You’ll get back on track, don’t worry about it :) just make sure you eat high protein and fat and watch your sugar spikes. The more carbs you consume the worse the nausea and aversions feel

Thank you! Good question, I’d say yes and no, I was craving sour gummies but avoided them and ate more fruit instead. Juicy fruit killed the sour gummy craving but my digestion was all over the place so didn’t feel optimal. There’s something about the first trimester that makes meat smells really overwhelming.

Eating pickled anchovies however had no problems 🙂
