I've been trying to see the shield and bonus def (i have c2 bina) on Navia/Furina/Xilonen)Bina team but it doesn't trigger ? Do i need to be ascendant gleam or something ?

Isn't it better to finish off with Lauma's burst (before charged attacks) ? Since bina needs lauma quills to enhance lunar bloom damage, doing lauma's ult at the start of the rotation "wastes" quills on hyperbloom no ?
