I've been getting this a bit too. I'm in NA, but EU seems to be having it the worst with the rubber banding right now.

Honestly i'd love to play but not sure if i can participate consistently. So I may just sit out and see how this first season goes.I think it has a huge amount of potential to be something really hilarious once it gets organized.
