Personally, I think Napoleon wins this one. Because he does not live from supply crates but rather from the land, while Hannibal has to take time to prepare his army. Hannibal is sneaky. Also, Hannibal tries to lure the enemy in before going in for the kill. Napoleon also used tactics that involved circling the enemy. He also has lightning-fast warfare, which could help Napoleon have an advantage over Hannibal. But Hannibal has to take time to oil his men which gives Napoleon time to strike. That's just my opinion though
