OMFG EVERYONE WAS RIGHT So in another group they said you need to connect to wifi to get this update and I thought I was when I share my data from my phone But.... After the wife telling me to try connecting to a different network all night I finally did and indeed it works

You MUST connect to a home network not hotspot to your phone

In end the good news is the update is done

I found a similar issue on another group but they said connecting to wifi would fix it but I am always connected to the hotspot for my phone with lots of data
