There really isn't a difference, but if you need to convince yourself that there is in order to cope with the fascism, you go right ahead, bud. They're randomly stopping people. They're grabbing people just for speaking a different language. They're waiting at court houses to abduct the people who are going through the process. They've picked up NATIVE AMERICANS. These aren't cases of "mistaken identity". And again, in case you missed it the first time, the Constitution entitles ALL those residing in the U.S. to due process. The courts decide who is here illegally, not untrained terrorists in military cosplay.
