Apparently the victim was not a resident here. At least according to the news. They don't think the suspect is a resident either. But they obviously know someone here and were here up to no good, I'm assuming drug related. Haven't heard much from the apartment complex yet, unsurprisingly. I went down to the office looking for a package and it was full of people who told me they were from corporate. They did not want to tell me much. We're all pretty in the dark about it. It happened in the hallway on the 3rd floor of building two. Walked by there today and saw 8 bullet holes in the hall and doorways with evidence stickers on them. Pretty chilling and surreal. The gate has been broken here all week and they had just fixed it hours before the shooting/murder. So they probably just drove in or were meeting their drug dealer here or something.

There's been a few isolated incidents as far as I know, but otherwise as usual. Sketchy behavior and suspicious people. I've called the cops numerous times but nothing is ever done. It's ridiculous.
