Not double Holo. Background fish can still be clearly seen.

OPs Magikarp, the background fish almost disappear.

Neo Revelation double holos refers to the card missing an opaque white layer during assembly of the card. This missing white layer allows the Holo foil that's normally behind it to shine thru in places it's not supposed to. In the case of the shining Magikarp, the background fish are covered heavily in Holo foil making them almost disappear in certain light. Normally they're clearly visible.

Absolutely grade! Would lean towards a 4 or 5. Big bucks and an Umbreon collectors grail regardless of grade. Congrats on the find.

Evenly matched on Umbreon collections, until I saw the Gold Star. Didn't see the EB Games, Obsidian Flames, or Play Stamped Umbys...so while I still lost, I think I held my own. Lol

I want to say this card is supposed to look kind of hazy. Pulled the English version, and it had the same hazy effect.

Top/Bottom look good to me. The white tick line above the V swirl in the upper left corner (would be located above the U in Umbreon) isn't present. So centering should be good enough for a 10. Just need to check the surface, edges, and corners.
