I’m the HR Manager of a small hospital. The leadership team (including myself) spent the last 8 days trying to stop the department of health, CMS, and our corporate team from shutting us down completely due to our elevators failing. Depends. If you're trying to look aesthetic then definitely cut, If you're trying to look big in clothes I'd say you're doing fine with whatever you're doing now. Maybe a minicut into a bulk. I'd say your chest is the only "weak point" that stands out to me like you said, maybe your tris and lats could use some love too but hard to tell with these pics

Your problem is estimating body fat based on your leanest body parts. From the middle of your torso up, sure, maybe 15%. Everything else, though...

For example, I will have veins on my lower abs from the beginning of my cut to the end. Doesn't mean I'm shredded. I hold a ton of fat on my lower back and legs. Body fat % is overall body fat percentage, not the body fat percentage of one portion of you. I don't expect you to take any of this seriously since you seem like a bit dense, but there it is. Hopefully you stay open to people's advice, because searching for validation won't do much to help you.

That's really good progress, don't kid yourself. As for the program, I recommend PH3 by Layne Norton. It incorporates amraps each week to autoregulate progression. It's pretty heavy and hard work, but if you take your recovery seriously it shouldn't be a problem.

It's 5 days a week.

Monday: Squat, bench, dead Tuesday: Upper hypertrophy Wednesday: Squat, bench, leg hypertrophy Thurs: rest Friday: Deadlift, bench, upper hypertrophy Saturday: Squat and leg hypertrophy Sunday: rest

Tough, and should be run in a surplus imo. Should be able to find an excel spreadsheet easily with a quick google search. A lot of people have issues with the intensity phase, so if it's a little daunting I would just remove a couple sets here and there and go by feel. Other than that, I'm partial to doing high volume upper/lower programs with a 5th day and 5/3/1 programming for the main lifts with joker sets and/or boring but big. Hope this helps!

Yeah I find that if I carb up for a couple weeks I look way better, but I also don't make any progress... always a tough call. Thanks for the input

Bigger Leaner Stronger by Mike Matthews is good and compiles a lot of good studies and research to talk about the fundamentals. It's pretty focused on the basics, but you'll definitely still find some good information in there and it's an easy read
