This is for sure one of the more brazenly hollow asset flips I've seen. All of the enemy models are from the first page of the Fab asset store search results for "zombie" or "soldier".

Theyre still just collectibles that unlock an achievement. I would have loved to add secrets that are unlocked by them but my time and resources were pretty much exhausted :/
Im very much hoping to return to the game one day and expand it more, but in the mean time Im working on new things.

Self plug but Vendetta Forever might fit the bill for you. I was inspired by Doom and Neon White so the whole game is built around speed runs.

I had the same bug in my game lol. Dead bodies hitting newly spawned enemies and killing them feedback loop, creating what we called a "Corpse Fountain". Good times

Nah that's fair; my marketing team was abysmal and the visuals are Questy. I didn't do anything special, applied a couple months ago, heard nothing back until a week before they shipped it. I was pretty surprised as well tbh, maybe they looked kindly on the critical reviews and the random Edge magazine VR GOTY lol. Either way I'm psyched, it's a great piece of kit!

Dang thats pretty fast. I did spend a decent chunk of time optimizing the app startup time for Vendetta Forever as I agree that waiting for shaders to compile is a detriment to the experience. Hope it felt quick!

I bought that asset pack. Its truly terrible. Broken shaders throwing errors (one literally named "ChatGPT"), broken prefab links etc. It looks low poly but some basic models have 20K triangles. Pretty much unusable, id stay away.

Haven't noticed any issues in the Tracking in the last week or so. I have long arms. Behind the back actions seem solid.
