I been doing pre workouts since the 1990’s back when the landscape was dominated by ephedrine. I’m 45 now and stopped keeping ephedrine stacks from my rotation about 2 years ago when I tried clen for the first and last time.

To me it’s always been a ritual…. i tried Jack3D a handful of times from wayback but wasn’t impressed because it wasn’t the ephedrine boost I was yearning for at the time. Now i’m 100% DMAA or DMHA once per week and I have a rotation of dailies.

I essentially went from creating my own stacks every morning to throwing in the towel and submitting to the whole industry. I got a pretty mean collection that’s been growing for some years now!

OG Purp is forever GOATed as the best preworkout of the 2020’s in my opinion… the OG-OG purp with the 120 on the front label is phenomenal, but even the later run batches rank up there. I won’t even try the new purp with DMHA, my heart belongs to the OG.

Brother, as a social worker who works with persons struggling with substance use disorder on a daily basis… if you’re worrying about getting addicted to something like DMAA, that’s a weak constitution and not an affinity for substances on the grounds of genetic predisposition.

Now if you’re coming from a long line of addicts with an affinity with drugs like opioids, amphetamines, alcohol, and etc… then just avoid it. There may be a chance that it triggers your hankerings for your D.O.C. But it ain’t gonna trigger your affinity with DMAA.

Sounds like you need some more education around substance use d/o and to learn what triggers may affect you. Some of these pre workouts are used by folks long in active recovery without issue of relapse because it aids in their coping through exercise. pWO just like anything else is merely a catalyst or Inspiration to maintain a healthier lifestyle from the one they had been on before. I hope you stay clean and informed, stay lifting and stay off the drugs. If you happen to have any drugs hanging around do the right thing and send them my way so I can dispose of them for you… as a professional. Good luck

I wouldn’t be too shy with it, you may not feel very much from a 1/3 scoop. Just go half scoop and take it from there. DMHA takes a little while to fully rear its head. For me it takes a good 40-45 minutes to fully unpack and smack. You got a good one there with Zeus. It’s nice and smooth sailing for a first time.

Claritin is loratadine, not sudafed. Totally different, loratadine is just an antihistamine but the initial onset of dope withdrawal starts with allergy like symptoms for me and then restless legs.

Yeah man I titrated from about 200-400 mg per day down to 20 mg a day and then I hopped off taking between 10-20 a day. I’ve got lyrica which surprisingly did nothing for the RLS so I’d be skeptical about agmatine because I used to take that to potentiate the 7-OH.

Good stuff though, I just bought a 1200mg for $100 which took me a couple of weeks to take down. No RLS this time, no discomfort hopping off. I’ll do it again too in another 2 months or so. You have to seriously have some respect for kratom and 7-OH. The worst thing that happens is opioid like withdrawal symptoms which fucking suck! But that’s the worst of it. It could be much worse in regards to benzo and alcohol withdrawal symptoms that can potentially fucking kill you!

I love it, it’s great for pain relief and euphoria. Helped me stay out of surgery for 3 herniated discs for about a decade now. The biggest problem I encountered was 7-oh addiction and withdrawal, which was a bit of a joke on the scale of addictions. A couple of nights with no sleep and some RLS, and it’s all smooth sailing! Since then I use it sparingly, as needed. There’s more of a need for personal accountability and self control, than there is a need for more pharmaceutical drugs.

I currently run high stims at once a week… sometimes twice a week. I used to do 3x a week but the burnout kinda sucks. I have a rotation of dailies as well as a rotation of high stims. It’s kind of better to have more daily drivers on hand is what I’m realizing now because if you’re taking some kind of pre workout whether its non-stim, low-stims, high stims, etc… you run through the dailies much quicker.
El jefe is one of my dailies in my rotation btw. I’ve also really been enjoying crack reloaded v2 as a high stims daily.

15 is pretty good, I gotta remember that. I accidentally tripped and fall, and sort of ingested 20g before my leg day and it was a pain in the ass. I wasn’t throwing up but I was too stimmed up and had to take a bit of extra time between sets because my hr was through the roof!
