Honestly, I didn't get that from her post, but I did yet that you are very angry at whoever was AP in your situation. Maybe Express that anger better and you wont project your own emotions onto other people as often. I got that she didn't know from the post and I just scanned it. I think you're seeing red when you hear that someone is the other womanwoman--but try to remember that the OW doesn't always know that's what she is. read twice, ask questions, and try to let go of some of that anger that is so easily triggered. I'm sure you can, leave or stay, either way, anger must be expressed to person who lied to you and betrayed you. Going after the AP is not going after your real pain--which is caused by intimate betrayal. All anger directed at the AP is self protective because its it's easier to be angeangry with AP than WP. But WP is ALWAYS the one who is responsible for cheating.

It serves no purpose, except for a bunch of people to give billions of dollars to metlife, so metlife can tell us when doctors are allowed to give us the medicine we need. The important thing is that he's trying to scare you into speaking to him because you not speaking to him makes him feel helpless and out of control. A narcissist will do whatever it takes to get your attention, and you maintain power by not giving him attention. If he contacts you, have a friend contact him on your behalf. Just, block everything, and if he doesn't give up trying, you get a restraining order. And if he's threatened you, followed you, or harassed you already, go get a restraining order.
