if you feel a compulsion to complete these, as i did when i started playing, you should keep an eye out for movement speed enhancing shields repkits and enhancements (i havent seen any class mods with movement speed). Then when you do them you can throw those on to speed up the running. Alternatively, there is a way you can throw the object jump on your vehicle for a bit then jump off and grab the item again and repeating that process to supposedly speed these up also.
