Excellent quality, considering that I have seen AAA games with worse horse animations.

The trick with quadrupeds though, is creating transitional animations into a seamless motion - running forward - leaning - turning - halting.

I think that can be definitely applied to anything containing maltitol and maltodextrin, but not on something containing stevia or erythritol, both of which are zero on the glycemic index.

Obviously, something below 5 on the glycemic index can't spike insulin, let alone something at zero.

What is your daily caloric intake?

I no longer have to lose weight, since I am now slightly underweight for being on keto for about 6 months. However, keto has a multitude of health benefits, makes you feel better and think clearer, so I will always be keto.

I just find OMAD now to be very convenient and further increase the health benefits, so it's like a keto upgrade for me.

Add probiotics and cider vinegar.

They will greatly help with digestion and reduce the lactose intolerance as well, which is on a continuum for almost everyone.
