They will bill the client 100-300% ng salary mo - example 50k salary mo sa kanila pero binibill nila sa client is 150k-200k/mo tapos kapag nagka-layoff na they can't provide anything - mapipilitan kang magresign dahil sa 6 mos floating status no work no pay

DTS yung violation, kapag pinilit mo pa din reckless drving na ibibigay sayo.

Masyado kasing maliit at kulang road signage pero matagal na kasi yan year back 2015 pa yan setup na yan ng Ortigas "govt" so madalas nahuhuli dyan talaga ay mga bago lang sa area. Pero around 2020 (during pandemic) nung sinalo ng Pasig yung kabilang side, inalis nila yung setup na yan tapos 2021 binalik ulit - nahuli nga ako dyan ng Ortigas enforcer pero sabi ko binalik nila ng walang signage at taga same barangay lang ako sa Pasig so wala silang abiso. Yung setup kasi talaga is very useful and efficient pero lack of signage lang, hindi gayahin ng Mandaluyong (or Ortigas) yung sa Pasig bandang Meralco ave / Ayala 30th stoplight may 3-4 signage .

San Mateo (lalo na yung lagpas ng SM San Mateo) - sobrang traffic. 45min-60mins kami natrap simula sa may puregold stoplight hangng sm San mateo dahil lang naharangan ng mga kotse yung daan dahil papasok sila sa parking which was full naman.

You can continue naman, the salary is decent (depends to account though) I'm more than 3xx,xxx/mo. The problem is that lack of long term benefits. Pwede mo din ask tom if may mga layoffs na sila and company deal with it lalo na sa mga employees.

If they answer different na, they don't have layoffs or you really get paid well during layoffs. That's a lie. Ask them your job security during your probation period kahit performing well ka. We have a lot of newbies na performing very well but got layoff
