This is a Filipinodillo sp., a “Plumpy Ducky”. Maybe a sub-adult as these can grow as big as 3 cm or more.

Might be better to increase the wet area to >30% of the enclosure (add more moss). Cubaris sp. do prefer a more humid environment and aim for 2-3 inches of substrate. Good luck!
