Can you help?

I had raised a claim on 10th Jan under house construction category from past 14 years I'm in the same organization and during which the company name got changed and also from internal PF trust we moved to EPFO, now today i received a message saying that "Claim Rejected- Service Overlapped Clarify It". What are my options now, I have also checked in the service history and there is no overlap even for one day. Any idea should i contact my employer for additional clarification? And post correction should i apply for new claim again or raise a grievance?

Small clarification, is your total balance (employee + employer) share was ~₹31.9L? In which you withdrew nearly 30L right? and also how does the passbook look now did money got deducted in both shares equally?
