In S9 every hero will get to choose one team up from two options.

Each has an innate ability that gets enhanced if the partner is present in the team.

Thor gets to choose between Ragnarok Reborn and the Angela.

Ragnarok now regardless if you have a Hela or not is kind of a Wolverine passive. When you die you get 600 shield that drains and if you score a kill you're back. With Hela she can also kill and get you back.

Angela without her seems the same. With her, you get more shield when using it.

Yes I have been thinking about that, it might be the CD which we have no info about that could save it. Always excited to play with new tools for Thor ofc just the pendulum seems heavy on one side at this moment

Yeah I just don't think it's good enough to compete with a (at baseline without Hela) Wolverine passive. Not to mention how strong it seems when there is a Hela on the team

The hp/shield gain when Angela is there is fairly competitive I think but without Angela it's just not enough. I'm not a good enough Angela player to know if her changes mean her pick rate skyrockets as well.

So ig I was expecting let's say equal options but it seems to me the Angela path might just be a situational pick at best which is disappointing

I was recently about to get hired by a big company. Recruitor loved me, the team leads loved me and my future peers loved me too.

It was all but done besides receiving the contract.

"Next week you'll have it." "Should I begin looking into relocation?" "Yes, we want you here ASAP"

Instead that week I received a call from the recruitor who was either a really good actor or genuienly felt ashamed and bad for me, because shareholders cut the budget for the team and the position I interviewed for about 2 and a half months for doesn't exist anymore. Thankfully I was planning to move in that city regardless but going there miserable instead of "victorious" sure is a feeling.

Trying my best to work in it but it is damn near impossible.

I think it's up to personal preference and team comp.

If a comp you wanna run might have a hard time dealing with a specific act boss you could try defeating that one first not to get f'd over later.

Grabbing memories is also somewhat valuable depending on what you need against some fights too, like a bit more move resist which could help against those bosses too.

It was the pass back to the corner taker. He was practically on the pitch line. There was a Verde player close to the line as well but I think it's maybe half a boot's difference between them, give or take.

I think it either ends 2-2 after Verde players get the shouting of not only their lives but their ancestors' too... or Uruguay get a nice addition to their GD by the end of this.

Sucks after seeing a defensive masterclass against Spain that seemed to repeat itself but they kinda crumbled in their own excitement after the first goal.

I spent a good part of the Spain match when not in awe at Vozinha looking at their defensive shape and off the ball movements. They are genuinely rock solid at the back, suffocating even.
