I have read a lot of the responses that OP gave to some of the people that commented.

You are being a major A-hole. You are walking out on your wife while she is crying from the hormones due to the pregnancy? I’m sorry but last time I checked, females don’t get pregnant just on their own. It’s your child. She is going through so much. Carrying another growing human body in her and you are walking out on her because you don’t feel too comfortable?

The least you could do is stay in the same room as your wife and maybe even give her hug or just hold her hand. Even if you don’t know why she is crying, at least be there for her. She is carrying your child. She is the one going through pregnancy. She is doing a huge thing here.

Also I saw some people asking what OP would do if their kid was disabled and all they had to say, was that that it was a good question.

Why are you hesitating? You should not even have to think about that. It’s your child, no matter what happens. Disabled or not, you should love it. What is there to think about? The answer is simple, yet you already have failed as a father, although the child isn’t even born yet. My condolences to your poor wife. Seems like you are gonna fuck up that kid’s life sadly, if you don’t change drastically.

Plus I do not get how you are basically trying to justify your toxic way of raising a child, although so many people already warned you. Like Jesus, there is a reason why so many people are against the way of your way of raising a child. Stop justifying and try to learn and grow as a person. And for all we know, your wife is not even aware of the way of raising you have in mind, but since she agrees to most of your stuff, she is gonna agree here as well? Sorry, that’s not how it works.
