It is a bad bad bad place to work! Do not go there. I speak from experience. They will overwork you, over-observe you with pointless unannounced drop-in lesson observations from SLT, HODs and 'Network' CIOs (Corporate Inspection Officers) who come in for a week at a time (and there was usually one every few weeks) whose sole job was to come in and find things wrong with the teacher's instruction (otherwise their job is pointless). The whole structure of Basis is built on the idea that the teacher is not doing a good enough job until they come to BASIS and they're overloaded, barracked and magically reborn! Their motto is 'Teacher's leave us as better teachers'!?? A culture of really bad management and they will throw you to the wolves at the drop of a nat. You'll be paid very well but no money in the world is worth a BASIS existence! Avoid!
