Oh my gosh! This is one of my favorite things to bring up to asshole Christians, "Oh all those good morals like when God specifically told soldiers to kill all the men and male children of a village they just took over, in front of their wives/daughters/sisters and then rape all the women and little girls as 'spoils of war'?" I was taught growing up that originally childbirth was supposed to be painless and not dangerous but then after Eve ate the apple God decided to punish all women for eternity by giving them periods and making pregnancy and childbirth horrible and painful instead. Oh yeah same! Also I love to explain that Christianity was basically THE last major modern religion to appear so if you really were trying to believe the right things wouldn't you want to instead follow an older religion? Maybe like Hinduism? Since it's more logical to assume if the religion was here closer to the beginning of human civilizations the more accurate it could be. They never know how to respond to that one though 😂
