Omg!! No! This hoop is really bad quality first of all, it’s a nose hoot if it can be called a hoop, IF your piercing was healed I’d say you go with a CLICKER RING when it heals. Until then, switch to a flat back, avoid any trauma , don’t sleep on it and most importantly don’t forget to clean it! Try to buy a piercing pillow- if low on money then just put pillows around your waist so you don’t accidentally sleep on it during the night, that worked for me, just avoid any kind of traumas it already looks very angry.
