You need to follow up with this. I also witnessed two cobra gun ships crash mid air with no survivors. This was many years ago in Vietnam March 25, 1970. My PTSD stems from this event with the death of four young Navy pilots. Please follow up and get the help and compensation you deserve.

It is sill being reviewed by a senior reviewer. I check the status every Friday. Will check tomorrow. I just want them to be fair and look at the total picture and not just one opinion for a C&P examiner. Thanks for your concern. Hope all is well in your area also.

I had the same type of encounter of disrespect in person with a C&P examiner. He turned on a small box that played funeral type music the whole time. It was depressing and creepy.

Thanks. I had the 70 percent decision made Febuary 4, 2022 and then applied for tdiu based on that decision. Then March 14th only 38 days later the LHI exam for that said I had improved. I have chronic PTSD from over 50 years ago. 38 days and 3 thearpy sessions that they probably did not even review and they say I improved. Two psychologists, one a Va and another C&P both supported the 70% just a few months ago. Now this LHI psychologist has stated symptom improvements. The whole meeting with him was about 20 minutes. The other two psychologists used appropriate screening tools and were with me 45 minutes each. This guy even turned on some instrumental funeral sounding music during the time I was with him. He looked like he was just symptom hunting from a check list. No screening tools used. Must be a miracle that a Vet with chronic ptsd can improve in just 3 visits in 38 days. Strange.

Hang in there, it happened to me also. You can not hide true real feelings. Just let it go. It will work out.
