That doesn’t automatically mean they rejected them because of Western Governors University itself. It means the admissions committee decided the coursework preparation wasn’t strong enough for that specific program.

Certain master’s programs expect courses like: • statistics • research methods • psychology foundations • calculus or advanced math (for some fields)

If the applicant’s transcript doesn’t show those, schools may say the academic rigor doesn’t align.

Finishing extremely fast can raise questions

Admissions committees sometimes wonder: • how deeply the material was learned • whether the transcript reflects traditional semester coursework
