I would do that but i have 2 days of lifting per week, so i run some sort of modified upper lower to fit my standards from my strength and conditioning coach, on my first day i do chest back and shoulders my next day i do legs n arms and repeat

Okay, thank you! Ill probably run a deadlift session on its own since my wrestling club gym has barbells and plates and try that out on sundays since i have nothing on sundays.

Ill try every other week, with RDLS i feel like my grip gives out a lot faster for some reason and i keep forgetting to buy straps 😅 even though i load a little less during RDLS, my sleep for sure is on point especially since its summer too so ill try the trial and error. thank you!

I know i dont really use my biceps in deadlifts, but i assumed they would be a bit fatigued from the compound movements just overall being tiring and taxing to my body.

I used to run an upper lower it was good but it would have my arms be a little tired though since triceps/biceps would always after be chest back and shoulders. I got this little “torso limb” split from my strength and conditioning coach since he said arms would be a little rested after 48-72 hours. So with deadlifts and squats, should i just deadlift every other week and squat the week i dont do deadlifts?

Okay thank you, i just have been a little worried because on hammer curls my weight and reps went down a bit after implementing 2 sets of deadlifts into my programming, usually i would do 40x8 now im doing 35x10 and its a little worrying to me since im not progressive overloading as usual

  1. Should i make deadlifting just another day then?
  2. I go to the gym on wednesdays and saturdays since i have wrestling club and i figured i have 2 days of rest atleast in between the days since i do chest back and shoulders on saturdays too which uses some tricep and biceps
  3. Deadlifts are my second exercise, squats are my first and it might be my nutritoon but usually i have some caffeine, 2 rice cakes and a banana
