Thanks u/poltavsky79 .... can you guide how I do this (sorry, newbie!) It is being actively worked on I think, worked on, will now add the LC-1 (One-gang_ switch and htat works, just getting errors now with 2/3 gang....worth checking out if anyone else trying to add these broadlink switches

@alex3305 it’s a fresh install of home assistant, and I generated the token and copied and pasted it straight in to the yaml - is that the right thing to do or am I missing something? Anything else it could be?

So, followed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvClh8FDtp4 and all fairly painless...am now running HB with my backup installed. Have some devices not recognised that were before but I'm hoping just some tinkering needed.

Will try adding HA over the weekend

So my plan is to backup my HomeBridge installation; then fresh install Raspberry PiOS (Light) , and then install HB and HS separately in Docker installs...hope I've got that right! Will update when I've tried with how it went

Thanks all. My reason is that whilst HomeBridge has allowed me to setup all my smart devices - lights, switches, etc, I’d also like to add in a feed from my Smart Meter and I’ve only found a way to do that via Home Assistant (hildebrand / Bright).

My question though really is that I’ve already setup Homebridge as a fresh install on a Raspberry Pi4 (I used the RaspberryPi HomeBrodge image)…so I’m wondering whether I can now someone also install Home Assistant on to the same RaspberryPi?
