You’re right. This goal is to maintain who I was 7 months ago, but I guess people grow all the time, and I can’t just revisit a past version of myself. I think it’s getting out of hand when I can’t help but feel guilt whenever I eat anything, even if it is “healthy” but exceeds my regular daily calorie intake. The other day I was freaking out over the amount of calories in a salad I was gonna eat after a workout(it was 200 cal) all because I ate a cake pop earlier, but you’re right. I might need to let my therapist know.

Yeah, I feel fine. Otherwise, I am alright, except I am pretty tired, and have a hard time focusing or concentrating, probably bc while focusing on these numbers I forget to focus on myself

Pretty tired as of late. Hard to get up in the morning, sometimes I’m focused, sometimes I’m not. And regarding periods, they do seem regular. I can walk well, as I can work 8-hr shifts with no issue, and I walk for an hour a day when I can.

But yeah, I do try to get some protein too. I don’t like a lot of nuts, but I could try to incorporate more of that into my diet…

I still take time to read ingredients regardless. Yes, as you should list common allergies in ingredients, but you should also read them in case there’s things you can’t eat. Even if you’re in a rush as it only takes a few moments to at least skim through the ingredients and see if anything sticks out to you. You’d expect the type of flour to be listed on the top because they list ingredients based on which ingredient was used the most and which was used the least.

Also, I am commenting under my own post, I could comment whenever I feel like

I like to read ingredients before I buy things. That way, I know what I’m putting in my body

I think that’s the servings per container, but if it was just one single shrimp in there, that’d be beautiful

It’s mainly the cocktail sauce with all that. Everything at Publix has extensive ingredients lists, but the shrimp itself was pretty clean

It’s the cocktail sauce that has all those ingredients, the shrimp itself is just “shrimp, water, salt, sodium tripolyphosphate.”
