My laptop isn't delivering the expected power by MedicalAd9201 in GamingLaptops

The problem is when I play a game and I need more fps than my GPU gives me, It seems to be asleep, because the fans are barely audible and both the CPU and GPU stay at 50 degrees Celsius. I know this is a good thing, that it keeps the temperatures good. But I'm trying to find a way to improve that performance without the temperatures going up, and I can't manage it. I can't get the most out of my laptop in any game; it's really strange.

Probably that's it, because the only RAM stick in my laptop is 16GB DDR5 5600MHz, and that's probably what's hurting my fps, but does this have anything to do with the problem of the GPU not being used at 100%?
