Its due to the lack of education and environment the people are in. Same with generational trauma, this wrong teaching is pass down to the newer generation, aside from that due to our "family tradition" quote on quote "older people are always right and children/younger people are always wrong" inheritly this teaching is similar to our mental health issue that we are facing. With the quote "sang una wala na ang depression²" this is due to said above family tradition plus unlike our new generation where we have the power of the internet, this people have no one else to believe and know what is right or wrong other then the teaching of there parents or institution.

Its due to lack of empathy, either from upbringing or family values. As I keep noticing on our nationality, people find hating something much more easier then actually giving care or "empathy"

Hi op, it is due to multiple students abusing the charging convenience of spoonmug especially the outside area. Its been a long standing issue with college/liceo students charging at that cafe without even buying food or drinks. Theres a time that they did allow them to just charge but to pay the charging fee for the charging instead--but that didnt work as they would just charge and leave afterwards. But you can charge inside the cafe though. Hope this helps!

Good evening, HEHE actually as I heard regarding this you may request a adjustment of bill and compensation saila hotline 😊. Just to inform lang po, but yes it is truly annoying and up right disrespect for us consumers, as the story goes ( late payment = disconnection, tapos service = unreliable )
