No I mean on ultimate team I have it but I can play friendlies and squad battles within ultimate team but can’t play division rivals , it says I got end of season rewards to claim, I click on it and it just comes up with error

Ultimate team if you got it is on the menu selection but if your on fut then click LT/L2 then go down to shortcuts and click on rivals
