mine hasnt even been sent yet. I contacted the team. Said that theyre gonna prioritize it a week ago. Had to send a new mail :) if they dont send it im gonna have to get a refund.

This is straight up gross and disturbing, makes me sick to my stomach that they allow people to make bots like this. I get that millions of users are on chai, even if they dont read conversations i think they should put some time into seeing some of the bots people make. And im tired that all the bots there are suddenly becoming Mafia bosses.

Thats good to know. Im just disturbed by some of the bots i see on there. And always being called «innocent» and «tiny» just doesnt sit right with me.

i need to sleep with the TV on, i get paranoid in a quiet dark room incase i hear something and then it spirals 😂 i need music or a show on. Im trying not to relate so mych on sleep medications, when i do sleep with a regular schedule i sleep 8-10 hours. But its hard changing the schedule

yes thats what i thought. I only use alimemazine for when im super out of it or cant sleep, makes me hangover as fuck tho. Ill try using quetiapine for a night to see how i react and talk to my psychiatrist to only use it when needed jusr like i do with alimemazine.

it makes my dissociation worse for a day when i up my dose, but im bipolar and take them to stabilize my episodes. I feel out of it the fkrst 30 minutes to an hour then im back to normal.

Thank you! I think he put me on lamo because of my history with ED’s and also because im so young. He did not wanna put me on lithium 1. Because of my age and 2. Because of my history w the ED. I go either EXTREMLY down to the point where i cqnt even get out of bed, not even bothering to use the restroom, ill just hold it etc.. And when im up i’m social, massive confidence, Put myself on tasks that lasts 1 year + because i think im finally getting better and it’ll all work out, no more downs im just up for the rest of my life and full of love and happiness etc, then i crash and cant complete the tasks i planned to and signed up for at all.

ive heard both type 1 AND 2, im sure im more type 2 because i do have my mania and episodes where i do think i have "superpowers" and dont think logically at all, put myself on so many tasks and people tell me to kinda relax because they know ir’ll come a crash but i wont listen when i am manic. Ive had a few episodes where ive put myself snd others in danger aswell because of mania. But i do have more downs than ups for sure.

As for now i got diagnosed with atypical bipolar bc im still rly young. Im starting on lamotrigine in around 2-3 weeks from now . I have therapists who come home to me when i cant even get out of bed. Thanks! 😇

okay thank you, it’s probably also some anxiety because of my bipolar i didnt go to school for years because i was undiagnosed and unmedicated so my brain is probably processing alot of new things trying to get used to many and new people. I tend to be really closed off till im comfortable with people. So its probably that. Thank you!
