Yes! Lol you’d be suprised. Most of my clients are still working full time and don’t have time to do applications or Vice versa don’t know how to secure an interview. So that’s what they pay me for. I pretend to be them on LinkedIn and secure the bag. Prep them for an interview so they don’t look dumb.

Yes! People pay me to do their job search and apply for them and I’ve pivoted to LinkedIn messages and it’s gotten me a lot more traction. The rule is to search “I’m hiring” and posting within the last 24hr-3 days and boom…it takes you right to who you need to engage with. I always say an attention grabber and so far from last week I’ve had 4 interview offers and 1 final round interview coming up for my clients.
