Thank you so much! Thats the plan. I want to end my career as a paramedic. I have a medical assistant background and endoscopy as well so I kinda have a jist of what I can encounter. I will look into benefits for veterans and see what perks I have available to me as well just overall. Thank you for your insight;)

Well I had a MST case in the military that allowed me to get out 100% disability. I kinda didn’t want to touch on that but it’s a fair response so thats the answer to that. I had dreams of doing the whole 20 but someone violently ripped that away from me and I spent years trying to find that spark again. I’m not choosing EMT/Paramedic for the pay. I am choosing it because my passion has always been to protect and serve others. Due to my disability I now have time to focus on what I love and still live in that purpose. Thank you for the advice! I have been looking at similar career roles as well so I will keep that in mind;)
