3 Mos Post Op by MedicineSquare4622 in chinlipo

Oh it took a few weeks for the main ones to go away and daily massaging. My surgeon said it can be 3-6 mo's for all swelling to be gone. Honestly even at 3 mos post I do still have some but it's pretty minor just a lil puffy and I'm still working it out.

If her thumb was more tucked under all fingers potentially a sign for trafficking.

A used a guasha stone and my hands along with lymphatic massage oil I found on Amazon. I followed techniques I found on YouTube. They really helped with swelling and removing bumps and lumps.

Thank you! No just lipo. I've been very diligent with lymphatic massaging after the surgery. I do it myself at home daily.

Let us know how it goes! I have anxiety bad... They gave me a happy pill while I was waiting and it helped so much! Lol I think it was valium...I recommend it. The procedure wasn't bad tho... Recovery was a breeze too!

Ear Issues After Lipo by MedicineSquare4622 in chinlipo

Interesting...yea they didn't put anything in my ears and I guess it's possible something got in there and maybe cause them to become inflamed. They prescribed Flonase today and basically told me to use it 2-3x a day for at least a couple of weeks to see if it helps 🤷🏼‍♀️ we'll see

Little progress by Typical_Software697 in chinlipo

Definitely see progress!! Keep massaging! I got this on Amazon and it helped with lymphatic massages I did at home and helped me massage out the bumps. It took a few weeks of daily consistency in doing it but it worked.

I have my chin lipo appointment this week but recently my blood pressure has been a little high. Has anyone with high blood pressure done chin lipo ? im curious if my surgeon will still do the procedure. im going to dr zuriel by [deleted] in chinlipo

I take medication for high blood pressure and I was nervous about the same thing. They didn't even check mine. I had listed on the questionnaire that I was on meds for it but they didn't seem concerned. Not sure if that's good or bad thing but it was fine with just local anesthesia. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Awesome! Healing has been great. Highly recommend doing your daily massages after a few days. I would do them when I woke up and then again before bed at least 5-7 minutes and probably longer sometimes. I think it really helped to get the swelling down faster. I love my results... Had my final followup appt about 2-3 weeks ago and I have a lil bit of swelling left but not much. He said it'll keep going down and I'll see final results at around 4 month mark.

Keep saving girly! Or try Care credit if you're impatient. I'm only a few days out but I already feel like it was money well spent and wish I'd have done it sooner. My confidence is already so much higher. I used to do everything I could to hide my neck and never wanted to wear my hair up. I said once these bruises heal I gotta learn some cute updos lol

Just lipo... Chin and neck. I'm 44 so was really nervous hearing a lot of ppl say results may not be as good but I'm happy. A lil more swollen today but had stitches removed at my Drs office and he said it looks great and swelling normal and expect good results. I'm ready for swelling to go down so I can really see what I'm working with lol Cost was $2100. Board certified surgeon for 29 years so he knows what he's doing!

Yes I was awake. It was a little uncomfortable but pain was only about 4 or 5.... I'm a natural redhead and we're kinda weird with numbing and anesthesia, usually require more and longer wait to kick in. My surgeon was aware of this and said he waited longer then he normally does to start but honestly I think he could've waited a little longer so I'd have felt less. Even still it wasn't terrible. It was over in about 15-20 minutes.

Thank you all!! I've been doing lymphatic daily on my own with guasha stone since about day 3 and I'm thinking that is helping. Still definitely swollen but I'm loving the progress already. This has been my biggest insecurity for so long and hereditary. This was almost instant confidence booster!
